BNS Solutions has vast experience designing systems that include motor control for brushed DC, brushless DC, AC and stepper motors. We’ve created designs that have been in pump, blower and machine applications of motors with both closed loop control of speed as well as other application centric parameters.

BNS Solutions has experience working with many different measurement technologies including thermocouples, thermistors, RTD’s (Resistance Temperature Devices), and IC based temperature sensors. Our knowledge can can be key in helping you select the right device for your product. Our design process doesn’t just look at the temperature extremes being measured. We examine the expected environment, the necessary stability, the degree of accuracy, the ideal sensitivity, and the desired response time to help you create the best product possible for your market. BNS has also developed a number of systems to control temperature or use temperature information to control other process parameters.

BNS Solutions develops all of its embedded firmware utilizing the C Language. Programs properly written in C are more maintainable, easier to debug, and faster to develop. In addition, specific algorithms for your company written in C are more easily ported to new hardware platforms as your products evolve. And to make sure that you get all the information you need, we always include comprehensive documentation including descriptive commenting, flow charting, and software module descriptions.

We are proud to be a respected leader in man-machine interface design. Keyboards, custom LCDs, and graphic LCD screens are all designed in-house by our experienced engineers. Then we test them and re-test them to gather end user input before the final design goes into production. We have been the author of many award-winning user interfaces and are especially proud that many of them have lived on for multiple product generations.
